Mentorship

Training and development under a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Florida. All engineers at SRD are quickly familiarized in all aspects of a roadway project, from roadway resurfacing, to lighting, to utilities, to roadside signing.

Monthly “Lunch and Learn” Seminars where E.I.s are given the opportunity to do presentations on various subjects such as CADD processes, updated design standards, and the latest innovative topics.

Opportunities for engineering interns to be involved in project management through positions as lead engineer and assistant project manager.

We celebrated Kimberlee Greenough's retirement with a party at the SRD Tampa office. While we will miss their presence and leadership, we are excited for them as they begin this new chapter of life. We are excited to welcome our new Professional Engineer, Stephen Mitchell to our team! He has just over eight years' experience in roadway and traffic design here in Florida.
